We don't just estimate the likely running costs, we obtain site specific quotes for all components, factoring in the capital expenditure requirements for future maintenance, avoiding problems such as unwelcome service charge increases.

Working in conjunction with you and your contractors, we prepare bespoke information packs for the benefit of all new occupiers. Always informative, these provide references on matters that might typically include concierge working hours, development regulations, protocols, emergency & evacuation plans, how to report problems, contact details and can additionally include other useful local community information such as transport links, shops, etc.

We recognise the benefits of engaging with new residents at an early stage and happy to explain how the various scheme components work at resident meetings ensuring we keep everyone promptly informed whenever changes take place.
